À propos

À propos

Ayurnaada is a word that combines the Sanskrit word Ayur , meaning life, and Naada , meaning sound or vibrational flow. Sound is a powerful tool for meditation, centering, and relaxation, as well as for transformation. Welcome to the world of vibrational alchemy.

Ayurvedic Voice

The voice is the mirror of the soul. By adapting the principles of Ayurveda (Ayur: life and veda: science) to vocal technique, we learn to fully embody our inner nature, while balancing the elements (earth-water-fire-air-ether) within us.

Mantra

Mantra in Sanskrit (Mana + tra) means tool of the mind. They are found in the Bhakti, Vedic, and Tantric traditions (bija mantra). Mantras act on the physical, emotional, devotional, and intellectual levels. They allow us to develop concentration, letting go, and openness of the heart.

Naada Yoga

Naada Yoga is a path that uses sound to achieve union. The practice of Naada Yoga is rooted in Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga, and Tantra. By expressing one's voice through play and authenticity, one discovers one's inner music, the one that is always there and can relax and center us, reveal our inner strength and creative power. Our voice becomes a tool to harmonize our subtle bodies, rediscover our grounding, and thus realize our absolute nature.
