Tantra Integration Day

Integration Day - October 7, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sonotarium in Montreal

Tantra is a word that is widely used these days...and I understand because it touches on our human and spiritual dimension.

For the record, Tantra came to me through sound, chanting mantras and surrendering to the divine. I then became aware of my vibrating and ecstatic body...there began a path of profound transformation and research.

Tantra is a path that integrates our divine nature with our human experience; it is a spirituality embodied in life. Tantric practice leads us to our heart and its delights.

Dare to surrender completely and deepen a practice that will reveal our absolute nature through connection to our body and all of creation. Here, our body, our emotions, our thoughts become gateways to transmutation and thus allow us to soar toward transcendence.

Each week, a theme will be explored in both theoretical and practical form. Throughout the week, exercises and reflections will be offered to integrate the practice.

Themes:
- body-heart-crown
- divine and human nature
- eroticism
- transmutation-sublimation
- individual and couple transfiguration
- polarity consciousness and energy
- energy system of koshas and chakras
