Service Description

This personalized course is designed for yoga teachers or wellness professionals who wish to add the practice of voice, mantras, and sound to their profession. Through an in-depth study of the aspects of Naada Yoga, we will explore deep listening and the energetic aspect of sound. The training will combine breathing and vocal techniques based on Western and Indian music, Sanskrit concepts, the study of some of the most important mantras from the Vedic and Tantric traditions, and lessons on the philosophy of Naada Yoga. Both theoretical and practical, the following topics will be covered in this training: Philosophy and origins of Naada Yoga, definitions and vocabulary related to the yoga of sound Pranayama, chakras, and kosha Ayurveda and voice Breathing and vocal techniques Introduction to ragas: Yaman and Bhairav Introduction to the Sanskrit alphabet Beyond OM and bija mantra Main Vedic, devotional, and tantric mantras Intention, Imagination, and Affirmation: our inner powers Devotion and bhakti; heart-opening rituals Liberating the voice through movement
